Bickering Agüero-Ferguson on foreigners in the Premier League

The Kun complains "We foreigners are more penalized than the British." The Red Devils manager says, "The reason is because you foreigners are often simulators"

Hard life for foreigners in the Premier League. Sergio Agüero, returning to the victory over Fulham and the penalty awarded to the Cottagers for the intervention of Zabaleta on Riise says he is convinced that foreign players are penalized by the referees.

"There are always mistakes and in that case it has been made a wrong decision - the words of Kun - Is it harder for foreigners than the English players? Yes, always, but it happens everywhere. Local footballers are  a little more protected but that's normal. Maybe the referees are a bit more suspicious about foreign players but I hope not. Here in England there are almost as many foreigners as English and would not be appropriate to grant privileges to some and not to others. "

If the referees have an eye of respect for the English players and penalize foreigners it is because of the fame of the latter: Alex Ferguson in response to the output of Agüero "Not even worth to pursue the matter because it is already for some years that there are many players who dive and we must recognize that it is mainly foreign," warns Ferguson.

Yet Saturday, for a contact between Vertonghen-Nani in Tottenham, the Scottish manager was claiming for penalty. "Nani is not a player who dives, never he has been -  Ferguson clears - it was penalty but sometimes they reward you and sometimes they do not. Where the referee was positioned, it was not easy to see, but the linesman could have helped."
